Twelve jobs cover almost every plumbing problem a Seoul home or shop can have. Every one follows the same rule: cause confirmed first, fixed quote stated before work, your approval before anything starts.
Start from the symptom
Three routes people often miss: a toilet tank that will not fill or a flush that only works when you hold the button is toilet repair & tank parts, not a clog; a basement bar or cafe whose toilets back up at closing time is a sewage lift pump, not a drain; a rooftop terrace that floods after rain is the rain drain line, a separate pipe from anything in your bathroom.

Quoted per section after a camera look: pipe diameter, run length, access points, and how long since the last real cleaning. Scheduled intervals lower the per-visit figure.

Roof drains (루프드레인), downpipes, balcony rain lines, ground gullies — leaves and monsoon
Depends on roof access, how many drains, and whether the downpipe needs jetting from the bottom cleanout. Tenant or building booking is agreed before the visit.

Sewage pumps (오수펌프) and pit motors (집수정 모터) under bars, cafes and studios below street level
Send the nameplate photo (HP, voltage, phase) and a photo of the pit hatch — we give a close range before visiting; the fixed figure is confirmed on site after the pit is opened.

Weak flush, tank not filling (변기 물이 안 차요), water that never stops, wax seal — repair, not a clog
Depends on how many tank parts are replaced, one-piece vs two-piece tank, and whether the toilet has to come off the floor. Parts at market price with receipt, named before you approve.

Ondol distributor (분배기) valves and actuators, trapped air, sludge — not the boiler itself
Depends on whether a bleed and rebalance is enough or valves and actuators are replaced, how many loops the distributor has and how cramped it sits, and whether the loops need flushing. Boiler-internal faults go to the boiler maker's service line.
